Store Policy
All deliveries and services provided by Studio Ruwedata (hereinafter referred to as the seller) are performed exclusively on the basis of these general terms and condition of sale and delivery. Any alternative terms and conditions on the part of the customer shall not apply unless we should confirm these in writing. There are no supplementary agreements.

Method of Payment
Studio Ruwedata accepts payments through Ideal, PayPal and PayPal via CreditCard. When potentially buying an item make sure to fill in the order form correct. In case of a invalid payment or incomplete payment your order will be canceled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping price will be determined by your location and will be processed at your check out.

All orders are fully insured and will be provided with a trackingnumber which will be sent by e-mail.

Returns, Shipping & Exchanges
Sorry No Refunds. Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for store credit. Shipping and Handling is not refundable, these external costs made will be for the buying party e.g. customer. Sale items are final. External costs may be made by customs. These costs may vary depending of the country of delivery. Studio Ruwedata is not responsible for any of these extra costs. All these costs are for the purchasing party.

Handling of purchase
Purchases made through Studio Ruwedata online store will be shipped within 3 days after receiving the payment. If the payment of the order is not received within 5 workdays after attempted order, the order will be canceled. Delivery of the purchased item may vary in case of orders made during weekends or holidays. Studio Ruwedata online store is not responsible for any form of delay made by the carrier or orders made during weekends and holidays.

Availability
When purchasing an item via the Studio Ruwedata online store it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. Studio Ruwedata will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail.

Purchases made through Studio Ruwedata are secured by PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

Lost and missing items
Studio Ruwedata is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
