SHIPPING

RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order, we will take care of it within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation mail with the details of your order and we will start packing your items.

Studio Ruwedata uses PostNL to ship within The Netherlands (2-3 days) and within Europe (5-8 days). Shipping worldwide may take up to 14 days.

We send your order in the biggest tubes (in diameter) possible!
Order up to 3 prints in 1 tube. When ordering more than 3 prints you will be contacted about your order & we’ll find a solution for shipping your order.

We use tracking for our packages and will make tracking information available to our customers when requested.

All prints are handmade and unique! Therefore, they can slightly vary from the images on our website or from another.

INVOICES
When your order is complete you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the invoice.
Also you’ll receive a printed invoice with your order.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days from the date your order was marked delivered.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We pack our prints with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won’t be damaged.
In the event of a damaged print we will, when possible, replace your purchase as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in digital snapshots). Many prints are original and limited, so we are unable to replace any damaged ones if there is no other similar edition available. If a print is damaged in shipping and no replacement is available, we will refund your purchase.
