Publieke Werken Rotterdam is an outdoor exhibition throughout the city of Rotterdam with artworks by around 430 visual artists, designers, photographers, image makers and illustrators. Simply to fill the empty billboards in the city during the Corona season and to show that art and imagination is way better than advertising.
