RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order, we will take care of it within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation mail with the details of your order and we will start packing your items.

Studio Ruwedata uses PostNL to ship within The Netherlands (2-3 days) and within Europe (5-8 days). Shipping worldwide may take up to 14 days.

We use tracking for our packages and will make tracking information available to our customers when requested.

All artworks are handmade and unique!

 

INVOICES
When your order is complete you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the invoice.
Also you’ll receive a printed invoice with your order.

 

RETURN AND REFUNDS
Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days from the date your order was marked delivered.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE
We pack our artworks and products with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won’t be damaged.
In the event of a damaged artwork/ product we will, when possible, replace your purchase as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in digital snapshots). Many artworks are original and limited, so we are unable to replace any damaged ones if there is no other similar edition available. If a artwork is damaged in shipping and no replacement is available, we will refund your purchase.
